Common questions

What does "founding rate" mean?
Founding clients lock in today's price for as long as their subscription stays active. When we raise prices — and we will as the platform matures — your rate doesn't change.
What counts as a seat?
One active DPX user — whether they're a field operator on iOS, a PM using the Outlook add-in, or an accountant running exports. Disabled users don't count against your seat limit.
Can I mix plans across my company?
Each company is on one plan. We'll help you pick the right one — if your field crew needs iOS and your PM team needs Outlook, Reporting covers both.
What if I need more than 50 seats?
Add self-serve seat blocks of 5 at $1,499/yr each (up to 20 extra seats). For larger deployments, contact us for custom seat pricing.
Do I need Procore?
Yes — DPX-Pro is built on top of Procore. You'll need an active Procore account to use any DPX plan.
Is there a contract or can I cancel?
Plans are billed annually with no multi-year contract required. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your paid period.
