Before you begin

  • Download the DPX-Pro app from the Apple App Store.
  • On your first sign-in, an access code will be sent to your email.
  • You may be prompted for a code again later depending on session security.
  • After sign-in, choose whether you want to use Create Direct Cost or Report before taking any action.
Report speed note: For faster results, use the fewest practical projects when previewing reports.

Share to DPX-Pro from any app

Found a receipt, invoice, photo, or PDF in another app, your Photos, or Files? Tap Share, choose DPX-Pro, and the app opens straight into Create Direct Cost. Pick the project as usual, and the shared file opens to confirm as the attachment — the same flow as a capture you started in the app, just begun from wherever the document already lives.

Quick Steps

Step 1

Sign in

Open DPX-Pro on iPhone and sign in with your approved company account.

Step 2

Choose Create Direct Cost or Report

After signing in, tap Create Direct Cost to enter a new Direct Cost or tap Report to work in the reporting flow.

Step 3

Choose the job

Select the project, employee, vendor, and purchase details before attaching backup or generating a report preview.

Step 4

Capture or preview

For Create Direct Cost, use the camera or file picker and review image quality. For Report, preview results using the fewest practical projects for faster results.

Step 5

Submit or confirm

Create the Direct Cost or continue with the Direct Cost report flow, then confirm the amount, vendor, method, and attachments look right.

From any app, your Photos, or Files, tap Share and choose DPX-Pro. The app opens into Create Direct Cost — pick the project and the shared file opens to confirm as the attachment.
